Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 10, 2026

Dale Creative Works LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates Loopsmith. This page describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Your email address (used for authentication)
  • YouTube video IDs you save to your library
  • Loop data you create (names, timestamps, notes)
  • Basic usage data such as last login and last practiced video

If you use the app without signing in, we do not collect or store any personal information.

How we use your information

  • To provide and maintain your account and saved data
  • To sync your video library and loops across devices
  • To process payments if you subscribe to a paid plan
  • To respond to support requests or feedback you send us

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Third-party services

Loopsmith relies on the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting
  • YouTube IFrame API — video playback (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing (if you subscribe to a paid plan)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database with row-level security policies ensuring that only you can access your own data. All connections are encrypted via TLS. We do not store YouTube video content — only video IDs and metadata.

Data deletion

You can delete individual videos and loops from within the app at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, visit the Settings page. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Children's privacy

Loopsmith is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
